In today's hectic and increasingly complicated world, there are not many experiences more satisfying then spending a day hunting upland birds over your best friend. In my case, the years of searching for the right breeder, waiting for the right time to get a Vizsla, and anticipating his arrival all seem worth it now that he has developed into the dog he is today. The hours of training, including miles and miles of driving in search of wild birds and year round training grounds has only solidified our bond as gundog/companion and owner.

Those who have owned or own a Vizsla undoubtedly understand the connection which I am referring to. Vizslas are special dogs with a unique mix of components that can make them very enjoyable to own. Since bringing Tecumseh home in 2004, Piqua has joined the home.

There are many informative websites that deal with the breeds history so there is no need to touch on them in this site. This site is dedicated to Vizslas as gundogs and to the many people and their dogs that I train with and hunt with on a regular basis.
